Data Retention Period. We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is:
established for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed for the execution of contractual purposes;
established for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with mandatory legal retention periods;
established for a period not exceeding the fulfillment of legal obligations and for protection in case of disputes.

You have the right to obtain from the Controller the erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, updating, rectification, portability, and objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as, in general, to exercise all rights provided for by Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, their communication in intelligible form, and the possibility to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
The data subject has the right to obtain information on: a. the origin of the personal data; b. the purposes and methods of processing; c. the logic applied in case of processing carried out with electronic tools; d. the identification details of the controller, processors, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2); e. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the State territory, processors, or persons in charge.
The data subject has the right to obtain: a. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data; b. erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed; c. certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right protected; d. data portability.
The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection; b. to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials, direct sales, market research, or commercial communication.
